Level Two
Level Two programming is for athletes who are competent performing Level One training techniques.
Once the athlete demonstrates proficiency with Level One Techniques, we increase the challenge by adding other dimensions such as a movement complexity, more load or volume, eccentric/isometric training, plyometrics and increased speed.
The forces developed thru movements such as running, jumping, stopping, landing, cutting and throwing place large stresses on muscles, tendons, and ligaments. The added dimensions of Level Two training develop an athlete’s capacity to safely absorb and convert force into powerful, explosive, fluid movement.
As the athlete advances through Level Two, exercises that more directly transfer the improvements in strength and motor function are used to further enhance sport movements.

“I had the pleasure of meeting Jim and Jimmy when my son was in his Junior year in high school. We were exploring weight training programs because he had decided he wanted to pursue playing lacrosse in college. As a former player myself, I understood what it would take to make this a reality. After meeting Jim and discussing his philosophy, I felt that working with Jim provided my son with the best chance to prepare him for the rigors of college lacrosse. My son gained strength, speed, and flexibility but I believe the best things he gained was his confidence and an understanding of the right lifting techniques which he uses today.”
