We offer a free Non-Contact Injury Risk Reduction Seminar to parent organizations such as booster clubs, school team parents, club team parents, PTA’s, etc. Our Parent Seminar has been developed to help parents identify non-contact injury risk factors and provide methods to reduce risk.
Often, non-contact injury risk can be reduced without ever entering a gym or participating in an exercise program. Simply asking the right questions and being aware of key risk factors is enough to begin to reduce injury risk.
