Injury Risk Profile
Injury Risk Profile Assessment is designed to identify an athlete’s non-contact injury risk profile.
Using movement screens, a baseline movement quality and risk profile is developed for each athlete. From this movement baseline the individual needs of the athlete are determined.
The risk assessment uncovers mobility, stability and strength issues that may lead to increased injury risk and hinder performance. The assessment identifies specific muscular imbalances and asymmetries that put foot, ankle, knee, hip, back and shoulder joints at increased risk of injury.
The movement screens used in our assessments were developed by the leading sports medicine professionals in the industry.

"Inner Strength Sports Conditioning completely exceeded my expectations. Jim had the perfect approach to encourage and challenge my skeptical teenager, whose workouts have delivered results not only physically but mentally as well.
After an initial physical evaluation, we were provided with an impressive, detailed assessment and overall fitness plan. A real game changer for my son, Jim provides the perfect combination of patience and drive. Also, the diverse training methods keep my teen engaged and motivated to continue. I highly recommend Jim and Inner Strength Sports Conditioning!”
