For many golfers, effectively striking the ball is out of reach because they can’t physically achieve the positions required to create a fluid swing. Another lesson won’t help if your body can’t do what the teaching pro is demonstrating. More practice only makes your swing flaws permanent.

Our Golf Program is designed to improve your physical capacity to more easily incorporate proper swing mechanics into your game. The exercises in this program have been selected because they have been proven to improve performance, even for low handicap golfers.

As with all our training, the Golf Program will help reduce the likelihood of injuries such as lower back problems.
